Fun card for birthday, encouragement, really any occasion. I think it is just happy!
I used SU papers and stamp on Lemon Lime Twist card stock. I colored the chick with the Stampin" Blends. Because it is for a girl, I added some bling with clear sequins.
I followed the sketch from Tuesday Morning Sketches. Literal interpretation this time. :).
